June 2nd is a very special day for All Saints. When we become inaugurated as a separate Anglican Chaplaincy. In the Diocese of Europe, under the Bishop of Europe’s authority, a self sustaining self standing chaplaincy (parish).
An important part of that day. 2pm we have our first General Meeting as a chaplaincy. We elect our stewards, our first churchwardens and first Council. Our archdeacon will lead the meeting and share a message, as will our chaplain Revd Grant. Time permitting we will pray together for our new chaplaincy as part of that General Meeting. Following that meeting, we enjoy coffee and cake before the celebration service which begins at 4pm. This meeting is held in the Nieuwe Erven in the building used for Sunday School.
This meeting is for all members of All Saints, and where votes will need to take place, those who are on the electoral roll can vote.
It is an important and special meeting to attend if you are part of All Saints.
