Saturday 23rd June, from 6pm to 10pm, at the home of Peter and Petra Gillies in Nijkerk. Begins with a BBQ and socialising. Then 7pm onwards we get into a meaty discussion.
This coming year, we will be eploring the theme of SHAPE – Spiritual gifts, Heart (passions which drive you), Abilities (taught or natural), Personality and Experience (what life has taught you and what you have seen and done).
This meeting – we focus on H – your heart, what passions drive you?

‘the bundle of desires, hopes, interests, ambitions, dreams and affections you have. Your heart represents the source of all your motivations – what you love to do and what you care about most.’
”Others align heart with passion. What are you most passionate about? What gets you out of bed in the morning?
”Heart refers to the deepest part of who we are, to those things that will invoke commitment to the point of inconvenience, suffering, even death.
”Listening to our heart helps determine the area in which we can use our gifts. God may gift two people as evangelists, but one person’s heart is for children, the other is for senior citizens (the elderly, in British language). They both have the same gift, but they will use it very differently because of where their heart is.”
