Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms & Prayer Requests
Information sent via the contact forms don’t get stored on the server, but sent directly to the receiver of the form (you and prayer@allsaintsamersfoort.nl).
We will keep contact form submissions for a certain period for to assist those who have contacted us or requested prayer.
We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We only have functional cookies (just one for the google map).
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Any contact form entries are kept for 6 months.
Any prayer requests are kept for 6 months.
If consent is withdrawn by an individual for this data to be held, the data will be erased.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We don’t store the data on the server. The data is held on a password protected machine. The data goes to an email box on that machine.
The data will only be shared with individuals who can answer the request / issue on the contact form.
If through the prayer request form, the request is shared only with a dedicated team of individuals who will pray.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Where staff or volunteers, think that this policy has not been followed, or data might have been breached or lost, this will be reported immediately to the person responsible for Data Protection at All Saints.
This person will then take the appropriate action.
We will keep records of personal data breaches.
In situations where a personal data breach causes a high risk to any person, we will inform data subjects whose information is affected, without undue delay
